Because we are a custom home builder and each home is different we do not have a standard pricing system but we begin our pricing at $225/SF and make adjustments after our initial meetings and we know what type of finishes and amenities you are wanting in your home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Compare apples to apples, some builders might charge a lesser dollar per square foot price but then only offer basic amenities and all things you would like in your home are extras that come out of your pocket. We offer amenities like stone countertops, custom cabinets and various flooring options as standard as well as energy-efficient products that save you money even after construction.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Square footage of home desired, custom finishes desired, is the lot being purchased build-ready or will there be extra expenses incurred to get the lot ready to build on.
