How did you get started in this business?
Homeworks Construction is a long time family business that has passed through many years of change and improvement. After an active hurricane season we found many homeowners were being taken advantage of. These were friends and family of ours and we saw it as a call to action. Now 17 years later we are still helping our friends and family rebuild and build stronger than ever. Come join our family.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From young to old, and meek to bold. We have worked in Puerto Rico, the US virgin islands, the gulf coast, and the Midwest of the US. We have worked for and with many great people and would live to add you to the list
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The polar vortex in Texas led us to meet a great many people in Texas who were unexpectedly hit with a large ice and freeze spell which left many with water damage and insurance companies denying their claims. With the help of a former Insurance desk agent and estimate reviewer, we have been able to help homeowners receive the benefits from insurances companies that they deserved.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do a lot of research and look for the industry basics like insurances and contracts to make sure your interest are protected and your contractor has your best intention in mind.
