What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I do is try to start a good repor with the new client, to help me in getting a better understanding of who I'm working with. Then I have them walk me around the jobsite and point out what all they want cleaned. If applicable, I point out what stain might not come clean. (because sometimes you run into a prodject that you might not be bale to get everything). I stay in constand communication with the client to ensure customer satisfaction. Once the job is completed, I do a final walk around with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 + years experience pressure washing, a high school education, with some college background. I was a firefighter for about eight years.
How did you get started in this business?
I bought my first pressure washer when I was 16, I used it to wash my car. When I was finished, the neighnor asked me if I would wash his car if he paid me. I had a few other friends and neighbors through the years have me wash their vehicals or property. Then one day it occured to me; "Chris, you enjoy doing this. Why don't you start a business doing what you love?'
Then in November 2019, I started what is now, Neumann L&C Pressure Washing LLC. It wasn't long before I got my first big contract with a mobile home manufacturing company. As the comapny expands and grows, I will never forget where I came from or how I got here.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't settle with just any "pro" that gives you the best price, good pricing doesn't always mean they have a good work ethic. Do your own research before having anyone work for you. Always follow your gut instinct.
