What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial onsite visit to meet and discuss project. Then we provide an estimate. If approved, we then schedule a time to perform the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a scheduler and organizer for home services. I perform some myself while most is done by my hired, certified help.
