What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once a customer entrusts us to protect their home from pests, we will walk them through all the steps we take to ensure their home is pest free.  After the initial service, we will always notify the customer through phone call, text, and email a couple days in advance about the next pest maintenance service.  At this time, the customer can let us know of any pest issues they are experiencing or ask any questions concerning the service.  Also, all customers have our Service Guarantee!  This guarantee allows customers access to unlimited free treatments between regular services until the pest issues are taken care of.  We truly care about our customers and provide several ways for them to communicate with us: phone, email, fax, online chat, contact form on our website, facebook messaging, and even snail mail!  In addition, every single customer has access to their account through their customer web portal.   


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in the pest control industry for 20 years.  Every single technician has gone through extensive training and are licensed through the state's department of agriculture.  On top of that, every technician receives a minimum of 3 hours of classroom and field training a week year round.  Our technicians and office staff also receive outside training from industry professionals several times a year.  Rest assured, with our experience and education in the industry there is no pest issue we can't solve!

We have 3 different service plans we provide to customers based on their specific needs.  Our Monthly Plan is $49.99/month, our Bi-Monthly Plan is $44.99/month, and our most popular Quarterly Plan is $39.99/month.  These prices are based on homes up to 3200 square feet.  However, if you contact us by the phone number listed on our profile, you will qualify to receive a special, discounted rate!    


What types of customers have you worked with?

We have provided pest control services for both residential and commercial properties.  The different types of properties we have serviced are homes, restaurants, professional offices, auto garages, storage facilities, apartments, day cares, schools, churches, and many more. 


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

When searching for a professional pest control company, first be sure they are licensed by the state and that the owner/manager of the company has obtained the highest licensing possible (Certified Applicator in the State of Texas).  Next, see how long they have been in the industry.  There are some who simply don't have the industry experience nor the customer service to provide the customer with an effective service.  There are also many pest control companies whose business plan is to start the business only to sell their customers to bigger pest companies in a few years.  Lastly, but not least, make sure there is a service guarantee and that you are aware of any and all additional charges up front.  You don't want to sign a 1 year contract only to find out that you have to pay extra for a certain pest or to cover anything outside of 3 feet from the foundation.   


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

1)Does the company have a website that explains their services in detail?

2) Is anyone in the family allergic?  Do you need an organic pest control service?

3) What types of pests issues are you most concerned with and how will the pest company take care of those issues. 

4) What is your schedule like and what are the best days to receive pest control services?  Can the pest control company cater to my scheduling needs? 

5) Are there things around the property that can be taken care of to minimize the pest popluation?  For example: standing water, tree branches touching the house, torn window screens, damaged weather strips, debris around the house, etc.  A professional pest control company should be able to notify you of these scenarios to help reduce the pest population around the home.
