I met Kevin through my Architect. We have known each other since 2013. He built a 135,000 square feet, 3-story self-storage facility for me in Newark, CA.

Kevin struck me as very knowledgeable when we first met, and did not disappoint me throughout the project. He is fair and honest in all his dealings and his quality of work stands for itself.

I highly recommend Kevin and Fannco Builders. I am in the process of looking for new sites to develop and when I am ready, Fannco Builders will be my builder.
