At Texas Elite Moving, we work with each client to create a custom moving plan that meets their specific needs. Our employees have passed thorough background checks and are trained to move the Texas Elite way! We’re equipped to tackle any project and are well-versed in disassembly and assembly for most furniture, specialty items and refrigerators. We also pad, wrap and protect all wood and glass items for transport.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a 10 to 30 minute client phone consultation to get the specific details of their project down and make recommendations on truck size and team needed. For packing service or projects with special details we are happy to provide an onsite estimate. After you evaluate our estimate, we work with you to create a custom moving plan to suit your needs all it takes a phone call and your contact details to secure your appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High School Diploma or GED is a prerequisite for employment, as well as background screening. Once we hire a new member to our team we have them do onsite training for packing and moving before we have them in the field.

Here are some ESTIMATED costs, these could vary depending on your needs. Since each client's project is different, we strongly recommend you call to discuss the specific details to get a more accurate estimate.
Here is an idea of our base hourly rate options:
2 Mover, 1 Truck Team $100/hr
3 Mover, 1 Truck Team $145/hr
4 Mover, 1 Truck Team $190/hr
4 Mover, 2 Truck Team $200/hr
*Service Fee May Apply All hourly rates include the number of movers/trucks listed, trucks arrive with premium quilted moving pads/shrink wrap to protect items, furniture disassembly/assembly, equipment and dollies to maximize efficiency. Please make sure to mention any specialty items during your initial call so we can ensure we send the right equipment for the job.
How did you get started in this business?
After Graduating from Bowie High school I went to work for some of the local big named companies. After years in the industry I set out to start Texas Elite Moving with a simple foundation of treating my employees well so they in turn take better care of my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide variety of clients including college students, first-time home buyers, business owners, executives, seniors, military families and real estate professionals. We are always eager to work with each client to create a custom moving plan that fits their specific needs to streamline relocation.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have a lot of repeat clients, some of our favorite come to and from Midland area. They are always a lot of fun and have an appreciation for hardworking businesses like ours. This week we have our 2nd trip to Midland in the last week for a client retuning there for work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the company you choose to trust with your belongings are not only licensed and insured, but also come prepared to do the job. Our trucks arrive fully equipped with premium pads and equipment to handle any job. We do ask that any specialty items you may have please mention during your booking so that we can ensure we have the correct tools for the job. Always ask what is provided in the price you are paying and what steps are taken to ensure the safety of your items? We have transparent pricing so there are no hidden fees and we make sure we pad, wrap and protect every item necessary.
In the event that something is damaged what policies are in place to ensure that they will resolve the matter? Our policy is to have the mover fill out the Damage Form onsite during your move, within 48 hours we will have a repairman out to attempt repair. In the event the damaged item is not repairable, a replacement value is determined and a resolution to satisfy the customer is completed within 7 days.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It is a good idea to evaluate your needs prior to the initial call. Take a few moments to think of a few things you will want to mention to ensure the mover has the adequate information needed to accurately estimate time, materials and any special tools needed for your project
