I’m in Lakeway and noticed my garage door had started slowing down and making a popping sound whenever it opened. It still worked, but it didn’t feel right and I didn’t want to wait until it completely failed. I reached out to Tier One Garage Door Service to have someone take a look.
Ben came out and inspected the whole system carefully. He showed me that the torsion spring was worn and close to breaking, which explained the noise and slow movement. He replaced the spring, checked the cables and rollers, and made sure the door was balanced properly. After the repair, he tested everything several times and had me try it myself.
The door now opens smoothly and quietly again. The whole process felt straightforward and professional. I’d recommend Tier One Garage Door Service to anyone in Lakeway or nearby who needs garage door repair.

The garage door was shaking badly and making a lot of noise. Zach did a full tune up and replaced a few worn parts. It feels like a completely different door now. Much smoother and quieter I will definitely use them again!
