What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically speak with new clients via phone first to get an idea of what they are wanting. I schedule a time to meet personally with client to see their project location and go through a series of questions to get an in-depth idea of their expections. I will take pictures of the locations we will be working on so I can plug them into my program at home to work up a design plan.
I will send the design to the client for their input to see if any changes need to be made before I quote pricing for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal passion for gardening in general. Many years of experience plus working as a assistant grower at a greenhouse, managing a retail garden center just added to my knowledge of the plants which enables me to make the right plant selections to achieve a clients desired look.
Designing just comes natural as a part of my personal passion and knowledge. I am an artist and the outdoors is my canvas.
Each job I do is personal to me. I take pride in every detail.
