Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A professional design consultant will help you design your bathroom in our free in-home design consultation. Should you decide to move forward with us, we will get your remodel on our schedule and send out one of our teams (not subcontractors) of trained, professional installers to remodel your bathroom.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All of our remodels are custom and therefore we don't have standard pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
Although we are locally owned and operated, Re-Bath is a franchise that was started in 1979. Our family has been in business in San Antonion since 2006.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work mostly with residential customers from all over the Greater San Antonio area.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We recently worked on a project for an elderly woman who was having a hard time getting in and out of her bath tub. We were able to convert her bath tub into a large walk-in shower. Not only was she thrilled with the new shower, but she was especially fond of the install team who took the time to fix a chair that had a broken leg while they were there. We LOVE our employees because they often do things like this that go above and beyond the normal job description.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Anyone looking to hire someone to do remodeling should research, research, research. Check that the remodeler has the proper licensing. Ask for a list of references. Do your research online to check for reviews. A local presence and a history of doing the type of work you are interested in will insure that the remodeler will still be around if and when anything goes wrong.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you are considering a remodel, it's a great idea to start the process with a design consultation. The consultation is free and can give you a great idea of what kind of time frame and budget to be considering.
