Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call us, our friendly staff will either provide you a quote for general pest control treatments, or schedule an inspection with one of our pest control experts. Our inspections are comprehensive, so we check your attic, crawlspaces, and the interior and exterior of the home for pest, termite, and rodent activity. We show you exactly what we found and how we treat it so you understand exactly what you're receiving when you choose us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed in both pests and termites, and our staff attends monthly and yearly training and education classes to stay current on the best methods to treat your home.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Treatments for general pests are priced by the pest problem you're experiencing, the size of the home and yard, and the infestation level. Treatments for specialty pests, termites and rodents, are priced after a thorough inspection.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential, commercial, and multi-housing customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure to ask about what the treatment entails and warranty information, so you know what you're covered for and for how long. Read reviews on the company you hire. And ask questions! It's important to know exactly what you're paying for and why.
