What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We Schedule Appointment accommodating the customer
2. We call in route to Home Owner/Customer
3. We Arrive and greet the customer
4. We walk to unit and start going down a checklist to figure out the issue with system
5. We gather information and sit down and explain to the customer what the issues are and the option(s) they have to solve these issues
6. We always try to do repairs at the same time as the first appointment for the conveinence
