What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the owner of the customer I like to set down with each one of my clients go over the project from start to finish with all their needs. Then I go over the quote with them that contains the materials and prices. I always introduce the installer(s) that are going to be with me on the project after the job is complete I set back down and go over everything that was done how it works best way to maintain and to let them know if there are any questions to call me and I will come back out to help answer each question.

I have 13 years experience with all hands on training with professionals in each area.
