What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With our customers we always set up an appointment to come out and take care of their needs, if they need a new system they tell me and I go out and access the situation then we go back put together a folder with all of the equipment info and a typed up proposal with financing options on each bid

We use line item pricing we quote you a price before any work begins to repair and if it takes all day it does not matter the quoted price is the price you pay
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked on Industrial projects like Buzzi in Maryneil down to your everyday customer, we think we have the best customers in town with a 86% return rate on customers
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
It is so hard to describe on but we had an elderly lady who was looking to get a new A/C system for her house. She had already gotten a price from another company in town and decided to check it out, we were almost $4000.00 less on a better name brand system then the other company

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check with the BBB make sure they are accreditited, also check out their reviews on the Internet and only buy name brand equipment with good warranties
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Does their system do a good job of cooling the house, do you have any hot or cold areas of the house'
Do you have allergies or dust problem, is your system noisy are your electric bill high, these are all little things to ask us about
