What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally want a realtionship with the customer I will do things free (time permitting) just to make sure plumbing is in tip top shape and that when we leave there house.There will be no issues and that my customers know we come back if there is something else they need.
How did you get started in this business?
One by one I try to build a relationship with my customers and be and even though sometimes it may be bad news but they can trust me and word of mouth got me enough business to get this business started and keep it going.
