What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starts off with inspection and evaluation. Then we treat the problem and usually there is some sort of routine service to prevent the problem from reoccuring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are have all certifications and charters. We also are an IAQA associate, and nationally certified in wildlife.
