What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At Depot we like to greet our customer and expalin our general policies to them. Then collect their property info and proceed to get them an estimte for services. And then we obtain their payment info and get it loaded into our system to pull the deposit. And then work can commence.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are constatly communicating to our out door crews new techniques and best practices. As well as training out office staff in customer resolution techniques.
