I've been doing this type of work for 30 years and I have many customers who I have worked with for the past 20 years. I enjoy the work I do and take pride in a job well done.
I like being able to help people and get them the service they need at a cost that they can afford and by doing so I have had many repeat customers over the past 20 years and most of them I still doing business with today. That gives me great satisfaction in the work I perform.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First to speak with a customer either by phone or in person ascertain exactly what their needs are. Second inspect the existing equipment or complete an analysis of the dwelling to recommend a course of action and help the customer choose the type of equipment that would best suit their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently certified in plumbing electrical and HV AC repair and replace southern technical University and I have a certification from Ferris State University in refrigeration transfer and recovery and I am a licensed residential general contractor.
