The reason i love what i do every day and what keeps me motivated is there is never one project the same so the fact of being able to learn somthing new job by job and every new project with no end in site and mostly the pride and joy when i finish a project for a home owner/customer and it is something they have wanted and worked hard for quite some time and the look and reaction when its complete and exactly how and what they wanted is the most rewarding thing i could ask for and want in the business i am in

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the home owner and or home owners/ customers at the job site where they would be seeking the work being done .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best and most important educational process you can do being a construction contractor is experience and i have been fortunate to have worked and tought by some of the best carpenters possible and have worked all over the country and done lots of different types of construction from site dirt work all the way to finish work
How did you get started in this business?
Construction trade has been in my family

I have worked with so many different types of customers/home owners mostly from word of mouth
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently moved back home to upstate New York from Nashville Tennessee where where I lived for 2 years doing high end residential construction and did some amazing projects and builds for some well known famous music artists and movie stars which was definitely a high light to my career and buiness
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To just be open to suggestions but at the same time know exactly what you are looking for and of course see some past photos of projects that your contractor has completed
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How there schedule and availability is and the time frame for the project they are wanting to do and written proposal and then written contract in which would cover all basis of site of work and payment plans
