What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet them for the first time I typically spend close to an hour when I'm doing my estimate I try to get to know them and ask them what their concerns and worries are and I always bring all my documents with me so they know I am who I say I am and try to assure them that I will do the job and it will be done to there expectations. I wont leave until they are happy and all their questions are answered
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around this industry since I was 10yrs old .I also have a 2yr degree in cad drawing and blueprint reading

It always depends on the size of the job and the time and material it will take
How did you get started in this business?
My father owned his own company so I branched off from him and started my own
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with many different customers from retired veterans to disabled and even handicapped people ..people from different countries that have vacation homes here .commercial properties such as outback steakhouse, walmart,and walgreens
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love july4th and love memorial day because one represents our freedom and the other represents the cost for that freedom that we take advantage of everyday
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just ask questions let them know your worries and concerns that's what we r there for to assure them that the job will get done and done right
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask the pro how much exp he has if he has insurance and ask for a few references if he has them and talk to them about their project ask any questions they need to ask to feel comfortable with that pro.
