Hello, my name is Kyle Tague, I am the owner of Dream Design Tops and Customs and a US military veteran. I stumbled into this business when I first moved to East Tennessee 15 years ago just looking to earn a living for my family. I found instead, a full career that offered challenges and rewards that were unexpected. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I swiftly respond to customers set up a time to meet and do a walk through as quickly as possible. At the walk through we will discuss dates, materials, and anything else needed to turn your remodeling dream into a reality. I prefer to meet my clients in person as soon as possible because I feel like you need to get on a personal level to understand their vision for their home or business.
