Ask about their project. Listen to what they have to say. If it’s a fit over the phone then go to their house and look at their project.

Each job is priced per the unique scope of that job. In some cases we charge a trip charge but that charge is applied to the job costs once the customer enters into a design agreement with us. There is a cost for the design process but we share in the cost of that process with the customer.
