We are a complete garage door and automatic (solar or electric) gate service ranging from installs, modifications, repairs and emergency calls 24/7 for both Commercial and Residential.
We also own a excavation business performing such services as tree/tree stump removal, utility digging, land & fence row clearing, ditch digging and culvert prep and installation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The information I need first is what is the height/width of the garage door, how much room is above the garage door to the ceiling. If this is for a new install we will need additional information such as if you want insulated or non insulated, windows, double sided steel as well if you need a new garage door opener in addition to your garage door.
This is alot of information to provide back and forth over web chat, text so it best to give me a call at 931-629-4723. Once the information is gathered we will contact the supplier to gather the items and then schedule a time with you to come out and install the door.
If this is a repair call, we will gather information such as if you can tell or text us picture of what is broke or explain what happens when you try to open or close your garage door.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience in the garage door installation, both commercial and residential as well as garage door repair, and garage door opener repair and new installs. My father has had a garage door business for around 50 years and I grew up helping him install and repair garage doors and openers.

Due to the many variations of the size, types, and weights of doors, it is impossible to set a certain amount or fee that will be across the board for all garage doors. Therefore it is best to call where we can gather the information over the phone.
How did you get started in this business?
My father has been in the garage door business for over 50 years and I have helped him all my life with his business and now mine.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I like redesigning garage and gate products for special requests or modifications such as adding garage doors to utility buildings and even adding modified garage tracking to replace kitchen windows above the sink to allow pass thru to the outside.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always get as much detailed info as you can. I see, and go behind alot of other garage door companies that have given incorrect advice or flimsy doors that tear apart in a year or two. We only use commercial grade hardware, rollers hinges that will help promote the life of your garage door.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If they need a garage door opener with their garage. Alot think they are one in the same however they are not. Also need to understand if they want an insulated or non-insulated door, with or without glass and the type of door they want.
