What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to the customer see what they need then see if it makes sense to come out and look at the job first or if I can make a decision based off some pictures to save everybody time which in turn save the customer money then go out do the job create a lifelong customer
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the home care and construction business for 20 plus years I started when I was around 13 years old working for my dad in the Summers and holidays
