Hi, my name is Victor Prince and I am the owner and operator of Back 2 New Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning, a licensed and insured company. I am married and have 2 wonderful children. I do pressure washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, and exterior cleaning for a living. I specialize in house washes, deck and patio cleaning, concrete, pavers, and driveway and roof cleaning. I use biodegradable cleaning products and cleaning methods that will not damage your home, plants, or grass. I am reliable, on-time, and I do what I say I will do. My results are documented on my website and by the many reviews available on Facebook and Google. I serve Anderson, SC and all cities and towns within 50 miles. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to speak with potential clients myself so that I get a full understanding of your expectations and exactly what you would like to have done to make your home look as good as it possibly can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained under two large regional pressure washing an exterior cleaning companies so that I have a full understanding of how to properly treat and clean any type of surface and any difficulty level while keeping landscaping and other parts of your home undamaged.

How did you get started in this business?
I started pressure washing because my wife wanted me to clean the outside of our house so I got a pressure washer and found that I enjoyed the process of cleaning and the satisfaction of making people's homes look new again. I enjoy what I do and I enjoy satisfying my customers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers both commercial and residential.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently did a house for a couple that both have COPD. I did a house wash and deck and railing cleaning for them. When I got there, they were trying to move all the furniture off the deck with great difficulty. I told them to please go back inside and I moved the rest for them. I do my best to go above and beyond expectations. It was a half day job and they were so happy with everything and I felt blessed to be able to help them. I love seeing smiles from people when their homes look brand new again.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise that as long as a provider is competent, go with someone you like and trust to clean your home. Go with someone with great reviews and a lot of pictures showing before and afters
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would ask if they have experience in the particular areas that they need to have done and what the time frame would be to complete the job.
