What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is pretty simple. We meet with you on the property and review the current conditions, discuss the goals that you are wanting and determine the best way to make this happen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 25 years in the industry we have learned more than what the text books can teach lol
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Being that every project is different from the next it is difficult to give an ala'carte pricing model. But being that we have many years of expeirience we can gauge pretty well what the pricing will be whether you use us or the next guy.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out as the kid that dropped off materials and picked up trash, as I gained more working knowledge of how projects flow and quality of work required to produce top results I moved up the ranks. Eventually hitting my glass ceiling with my employer. Soon thereafter we started GCI and have been helping many many customers ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with every type of customer imaginable. From celebrities to widowers, executives to retirees. HOA's and board members.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you have a connection with the Pro. Whether you're entering a project that could take most of a year or a couple weeks it is important that you maintain a positive report with them. If you turn into a pain in the butt odds are you're not going to get any special treatment.
