We are a full remodleing company that offers kitchen, bath,bedroom remodleing or any room. We repair roofs of any type,along with repairing and installing floors of any kind. We install windows. We build custom decks(your design or our design)patios,sunroons. We are licesended in electrical,plumbing&HVAC. From painting to dry wall we do it all!
Our company is a family owned business my father first startede the company building new homes and once he retired and pasted away the company was handede down to me.,and i have enjoyed building ever since. I make sure that my employes love and enjoy do this work so they will take pride in a job well done. I make sure that any job we do that we treat your home with respect like i would my own.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a phone call that is very friendly we sent up a time and date in which the owner and his spouse goes out to the home to meet the customer they shake hands interduce themselves them they ask to see what the customer wants done as the owner walks around and looks at the damages or work needed done his spouse is writting everything down when they are done they sit down with customer go over everything and then quote them a price if the customer is happy then they write up the contract right then along with payment aggangment and start and finish date hand out business card shakes hands and then leave premises
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner went to ohio state and penn state where he received his bachlors degrees in business he also attended tri tek county where he is a licdesended electrician as well as greenville he was employed with duke engery for years. the spouse victoria went to greenville tech where she studied in business mangement as well
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
we dont have a standard priceing system because in remodleing prices vary with each different project but most of the time our jobs range from in between no more less than $600 and up and due to this covid the prices of building material has increased as well as deliverydates are no taking longer to ger material in
How did you get started in this business?
This has been a family owned business for years edford sr started building homes back in the early 60s and 70s and when edford jr came of age to help his father he did and once sr retired he handed the company over to his oldest son edford johnson jr he retired in 83/84 and thats when edford jr took over he continued to build new homes all over till 2007 when the ecomonoy crashed so they continued to remodled so he stayed in the remodleing business till this day he built the governor house carol campbell now deceased but edforf has done wonderful top quality work
What types of customers have you worked with?
Well like i sd he built Carol Campbell house he put in the electrical wiring for Dale Earnhart Jr in Charlotte our company has worked from kewooe to spartanburg to greenville to roebuck to just about everyewhere. We try to help any class of people that we can help
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Well we are about to attent to Expo Center for Remodleing its alot of fun to go see all the new ideas that different companies have to offer
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Well i would say make sure that you and that person are a good fit right from the start you have to go with your gut feeling and if you feel that they are honest and trust worthy then you have a good match
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask about the experiance how many people will be on the job and how long it will take
