Since I first decided to work in the construction industry, I found that the satisfaction of seeing a well performed project gave me much more satisfaction than sitting behind a computer or working in a factory. However, the companies that I worked for did not seem to care about quality or customer service and I could not comfortably stay with anyone who did not understand the importance of these things.
When I finally had enough of witnessing this, I decided to take a huge chance and start a company with very little funds and a strong desire to do better than the other companies that I had worked with before.
Although I do spend a lot of time at a computer estimating and managing projects again, I still enjoy being on the job site and helping to achieve our customers construction and remodeling goals. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing a happy customer and a job well done by a good group of people.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer makes contact we will:
1. Reach out to the customer to ask a few preliminary questions to see if we are able to provide the service they are in need of.
2. If we are able to provide this service, we will schedule an appointment to visit the project location to see what steps will be involved to perform the scope of work.
3. We will then provide a written quote to the customer with details including our scope of work with payment terms and a projected completion date.
4. Once down payment is met, we will begin the permitting process and begin work as soon as the municipality allows us to.
5. Work will be performed and completed in a professional manner.
