What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain what they need, what I am going to do, how long it will take and what they can expect. I am like a doctor, except in plumbing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business for over thirty years, have worked on town halls (Summerville), dentist offices, restaurants and bars, schools and residences. I keep up with codes and am adept at reading and drawing blueprints. Also plumbing design as I worked with an engineer for years to learn more.
