About this pro

I enjoying serving people with quality plumbing at a fair price. Working for a plumbing company I realized how sales driven the plumbing industry has become. My goal in starting Soda City Plumbing LLC was to offer quality plumbing at an affordable price without the sales pitches that so many plumbing companies have started pushing in order to drive their profits up. When you call us for your plumbing problem we will respond as plumbers not a plumber/salesman. I will give you options for your repairs and allow you to chose what option fits your family, lifestyle, and budget.

I enjoy the ability to turn my customer's bad days into good days. It gives me great pride when I leave a satisfied customers house knowing I was able to help them with their problem and also make a difference in the process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will come out and take a look at their problem and also give them a free plumbing inspection to check for any unknown issues that may be going on. After doing the inspection I will write up a quote for your repair and give you pricing up front. If you agree to do the work I can get most jobs done same day as long as no parts need to be ordered.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed plumber and gas fitter through MASC.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I charge flat rate prices for every job these prices include parts and labor. I do not bill hourly so whether the job takes 30min or 3 hours the price you were quoted up front won't change unless I come across another issue in the process of making the repair.

How did you get started in this business?

I went through a federally endorsed apprenticeship with a local plumbing company and got licensed in 2018 as a journeyman plumber from there I got into gas work at the same company and got my journeyman gas fitter license.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked mostly with residential customers and some commercial properties. People from all walks of life.
