I created Wofford Investments because I was tired of getting the contractors that through cigarette butts on the ground, leave a mess every time they leave. Some of these people are down right scary in your home.

Well I did something about that. You are number 1 as our customer and you will get the following:

Help planning your project before and during

Help with picking out the right materials

Courteous crew that are respectful to you and your property.

Clean work area when we leave for the day

Prompt service. If we are late we will call you to let you know.

So much more to offer. I have set up my business to give you what I would expect from someone in my home. I personally interview each potential installer to insure they meet my high expectations with customer service before they are hired.

I have a few sayings in my company. 

1. I can teach anyone to do the job and do it well but I can't teach people to be respectful, well mannered, punctual, and caring from start to finish.

2. If I would not put it in my house its not going in yours. What that means is if something doesn't look right I will have my crew pull it up and start over until I am satisfied that it will pass your expectations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initially I will come to your home and get you an estimate. Once that estimate is accepted I will set up another date to go over the details prior to starting the job.

I offer help with picking out the materials you want and offer pick up service if needed. Smaller items like screws, caulk, paint excetra will be pick up by the installer. 

I check up on your project to insure all is going as planned. As I said before if something doesn't look right I will have it changed if needed.

You get customer service from start, during and after your project.
