FHS Constructors is a full service general contractor serving the greater Charleston, Kiawah and Seabrook Island market areas.
We are a woman owned business that was established in 2014. Our specialty is the remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet with the customer to discuss the scope of the project. We prepare a written narrative of the work scope along with a drawing and provide a detailed estimate of labor and material cost. Our proposals are very detailed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. Green brings 35 years of experience in general construction and real estate
development to our project team. He understands the needs of the project stakeholders
during the planning, design and construction phases of a project. As the Vice President of
Operations for a regional development company he has directed the development of
several fortune five hundred corporate projects which includes facilities for GTE
Sylvania, Car-max, Golden Stream Foods, Sci-Cor Laboratories, Toyota, and General
Motors. He has also served as the Contract Manager for a number of US Military
installation projects for the Navy, Air Force, and Army throughout the United States &
USVI. Mr. Green has been the leading senior project manager for several major real
estate mixed use, multi- family and senior housing development projects including the
Castleton Business Park (125 acre industrial development), Cross Creek Development
(90 acre mixed use development) and Allison Pointe Development (50 Acre commercial
office park) from the initial planning and infrastructure stages through final building
construction. He has also managed the design, development and construction of several
multi- million dollar planned unit development projects for private developers including
Canal Side, Watermark, Summers Bend, the Island Club, Jefferson Manor, Iron Wood
Estates and Cross Creek Center.
His experience in the commercial sector includes the construction of several office
buildings and regional shopping centers for major tenants including (Marsh, Kroger, KMart,
Tanger, Wal-Mart) and the construction of petroleum storage, processing and retail
distribution facilities for several major oil companies including ( Amoco, Shell,
Marathon, and CITGO). Mr. Green’s experience in the medical field includes the
development & construction of hospitals, surgery suites, X-Ray & CT labs, MRI centers,
and a number of medical office buildings, facility expansion and renovation projects for
several leading major hospitals in Central Indiana and Ohio. Mr. Green has also
constructed a number of recreation and multi-use event facilities for sports training and
spectators. His experiences are the base that has given him the ability to take charge of
any development and construction situation. He is currently a member of USGBC as an
accredited LEED AP, The Commercial Board of Realtors, The National Association of
Realtors, a past member of The South Carolina Building Code Council, and past member
of The Society for Marketing Professional Services. A graduate of Ball State University,
Mr. Green holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and Business.
