What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once connected with the customer, an appointment will be scheduled (typically same or next day service), and an estimate will be provided for the work to be performed. In most repair cases, the job will be completed the same day.

Our standard residential service call charge is $89 plus parts (if any). The service call includes general maintenance, lubrication, and a safety check of your garage door(s) and openers. We do offer free on site estimates on garage doors, openers, and repairs.
