What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here is our process:
1. Open the estimate and hit the ACCEPT button.
2. You will get contract documents to sign online, including payment options for your deposit and final payment.
3. The deposit is 1/3, and it can be by check or credit card. If credit card and upon signing the contract documents, you will be prompted to make your deposit.
4. Once we receive the deposit, you will get a drawing which you can use to get your permit and HOA approval.
5. Prizm will call to have the public utilities marked and schedule the installation.

Make sure that they are licensed by the state. If you are looking for a vinyl fence, make sure you see samples of the material because there are differences in vinyl fence quality.
