What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases we schedule an appointment to come and asses the job, gather any needed information to create a estimate. Most of the time the estimate is emailed to the potential client, and if excepted a deposit is required for that client to get on the schedule , once deposit is received the client is put on the schedule at the best time that works for them , equipment and parts are ordered with the majority of the deposit and we get ready to do the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of training with a private contractor , 2 years with a large company plumbing luxury homes, 1 year with a large company doing housing developments. Numerous certifications, 12 years doing business .
