What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process with working with a new customer is we verify exactly what needs to be done or what the customer is looking to have done then we give them the upfront price on the work to be done. Once the customer has reviewed and verified what we have written down for the work that they need to have done then they can do a deposit on the work to be started and we can knock it out of the park and make them super happy
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
27 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry. Holds multiple master plumber licenses
My partner has 15 years experience in the air conditioning field
How did you get started in this business?
Working for other contractors and the customers saw how nice and neat my work was in from there and it all started
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with residential commercial and industrial customers doing service repair and new installation
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Whoever you hire please verify that they themselves hold a license in the trade in which you are looking to hire. Holding a contractors registration number does not mean the contractor has a specific license. The HIC registration number is not a plumbing heating, A/C or Electrical license. Please verify that the person walking in your house does hold a license
