We have been serving Berks County and surrounding areas for almost three decades. Our company was started by respected industry leader Brian Ott and is currently led by his son, Ryan Ott.

Our primary mission is to provide the highest level of quality in both our products and service. When customers work with us, they know things are getting done right the first time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our company was founded on customer service. 100% customer satisfaction is the only thing we accept. Anything less is a failure.
A new customer will have a professional, courteous experience from start to finish. Just contact our support team and let them know what you need. They will dispatch team members to provide solutions to your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on our team goes through rigorous training every year. We have a 50 hour minimum training requirement per year for each member of our team, and most team members exceed 100+ hours per year of training. Our technicians are N.A.T.E Certified (North American Technical Excellence), which is like your PHD in HVAC. We are IGSHPA Certified (International Ground Source Heat Pump Association) for geothermal projects. We have Master's Licenses for the City of Reading. We are Trane Premier Level Comfort Specialists - this is the top 10% nationwide. We are also Mitsubishi Diamond Contractors. These are just a few of our certifications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All of our pricing is provided upfront. We will send a fully trained, certified and insured technician to your home with a fully stocked truck. They will diagnose your system and provide options to you. You may then authorize any desired repairs, knowing the price in advance. We also provide repair/replace recommendations and no-cost system replacement planning consultation. This helps you to understand an estimate of how long your current system will last, and how much to budget for replacement of the system. We also offer many 0% financing options.
How did you get started in this business?
Our company was started by Brian Ott in 1989 with a simple purpose - Be the best. Brian Ott has more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry. The company is now run by his son, Ryan Ott. Ryan has been in the industry his whole life, and has been operating the business since 2007. In 2013, Ryan purchased the business from Brian, and Brian was able to retire... mostly.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in residential and commercial projects. We have handled everything from a simple thermostat replacement, all the way to corporate complexes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Referrals and testimonials are very important! Ask your friends, neighbors and family about our company. If they've worked with us, they can tell you why we are different from our competitors - we focus on customer service and technical expertise. With every year we grow to serve more customers - but our focus is always on serving every customer we earn. Growth is meaningless if it doesn't better serve your customers.
