I attended a school in New York, NY it was a vocational school for all kinds of fields. I attended the carpenter program.

All jobs must be viewed before pricing. All pricing is based on level of damage, and how long it can take to complete.

I fix, renovate, gut all kinds of work pertaining to the home. For eg: Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and basements.

I mostly gut and renovate basements, bathrooms, and kitchen
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Extreme consultation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are ready to take on the job? That way you aren't wasting anyone's time. Know your budget so that you both are aware of what you are capable of achieving. This way you will be educated if your budget is a possibility or not. Make sure you incorporate the time needed to complete this project.
