What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them for a free consultation. Within 24 hours, I send them an estimate for the work they would like done. Once they have accepted my bid, I put them on my schedule. I like to keep in contact with my customers. I will usually call periodically, keeping them informed as to when I will be starting their job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One year mentored by a professional painter.
