What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to get eyes on the job. Whether that is via virtual consultation or in person. We like to know the scale of the project.
After, an estimate is delivered. Usually the same or next business day. (Not always the case as some jobs require more time invested in this process).
Once the conditions of the job are agreed upon, we get to work. We try to be as unobtrusive in your space as possible. Remaining neat and in the background as much as the job allows.
We take care of your home as if we live there. And when the job is complete, we say fair well to another happy customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years hands on experience with all of the best tools in the trade. Putting use of product knowledge to work to best maintain your home or give it stand out character.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It’s good practice to shop around. But make no mistake, bargain shopping is not in your best interest. Cutting corners in the painting trade is easy and the lower the price, the more corners are cut or missed completely.
Focus more so on selecting those that communicate their process and/or help guide you with anything you may have questions about. It’s the most important part. The secret to getting the best job possible is knowing that who you have in your home maintains a level of professionalism and competence
