The customer contacts us and provides us with the model and serial number of their water heater. They then would provide us with their appropriate customer information, and we would give them an estimate and schedule to their earliest convenience.

Beware of other plumbing companies that say they need to come to your home in order to provide an estimate, that can all be done over the phone. Industry wide, we consider those contractors "ambulance chasers"
