What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer request is recieved we will try and make contact with them for a phone consultation. Based on that conversation we will try and set up a free inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our field employees are licensed in the state as pest control operators. Many have additional training and certifications including NJPMA training.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have base pricing but most estimates are made on a case by case basis. It depends on type of home, pest, and level of infestation.
How did you get started in this business?
Pest control has always been a passion for us and we have been serving South Jersey and PA for 26 years.
