What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After After the customer cause we dispatch somebody immediately to evaluate their home to find out where the Animal is coming in at. After that's established we decide where is the best place to put a trap if we cannot catch it and take it with us. We have the customer check the traps often and as their animal get into the trap we come out and we move the trap and replace the trap each time the animals are not harmed at all but released back into the wild in a better location
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We We are sure to find by the Pennsylvania game commission, And certified by the Department of Agriculture, We have also have taken classes in husband tree and habitat of animals. Our people are sure to find animal control officers.
