From the initial call, Jim was professional, listened to my concerns about the move and re-assured all would be well. Some of the furniture had to be hoisted. James made the quotation professionally by asking for the furniture pictures. He and his partner loaded all the stuff and packed them in the truck professionally as well. They arrived earlier and got prepared. I like the quality of moving with them and their customer service. My stuff were packed in bags and boxes which took lots of trips. I would hire Adelphia again and will recommend the company to friends who are moving. Before our moving day Jim called to firm up all of the details. He asked pertinent questions that indicated to me that Adelphia is experienced and familiar with the Philly area. We were the second move of the day for Adelphia but Jim and his team kept us up to date as to when they would arrive. I was impressed that busy and crowded city streets were no problem for them. Narrow stairs with sharp turns were no problem for them. The moving team was very efficient. The cost was extremely reasonable and worth every penny. Great job!

I needed to move my main house plus furniture and other stuff from 2 additional locations. Jim and the crew got it done over 3 straight days. They came equipped with the proper tools, equipment and supplies. They got right to work within minutes of arriving, and kept at it like a machine. Trucks were expertly packed and everything properly secured and protected. They are true professionals, courteous, and all for a reasonable rate. Jim also maintained good communication and even called me the day before to confirm. All expectations exceeded. One of the pianos had to move between floors in my home; the other was transported to my son's new home. Details about My Experience: I messaged Adelphia Moving through HomeGuide. Jim from Adelphia promptly replied with an affordable quote with a fixed hourly rate. Jim followed up with a five minute phone call where we discussed the details. On moving day, Mike and Terrance from Adelphia did an incredible job! They were simple, straightforward, friendly, and efficient. The move was estimated to be 4 hours, but they finished a half hour early. All items were handled with care. :)
