What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take their call and concerns and make an appointment and access their issues and concerns we also do a home or business free estimate and discuss with customer and give options and help them go with one that best suits them
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive worked in landscape in all, phases, commercial & residential, as supervisor & foreman, also have been lead install guy in major appliance delivery service. And serviced over 3000 customers in first 2 years, of locksmith work! Commercial & residential, my mechanical aptitude is off charts, and with my customer care, keeps me a highly rated Locksmith. Thru Yelp. & thumbtack to! License, insured , bonded! Hasnt been a lock i cant open, or repaired and replaced.
