Introducing myself and asking them about their project and offering them my best professional advice based on my experience. I also explain the best way to approach their project and give them options based on how much they are looking to spend.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've participated in various online trainings provided by Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore on top of my own professional experince working with other master painters and professional companies.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a teenager working with my grandfather and then went on work for other professional paint companies on a FT and PT basis. I recently started my own business within the past 5yrs and contine to do what I enjoy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all people of all cultures and financial backgrounds I've painted homes work over 2 million dollars and homes worth 20 thousand and no matter who my customer is they will always get the same professional quality service and that is what I pride myself in giving to them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To make sure they are upfront and honest about what they are going to paint and the type of products they are using.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much do they want to spend for the entire paint job
What exactly do they want painted as a painted I ask the customer everything down to the trim because everything that gets painted has to be identified make no assumptions
Ask for options I alway like to offer my customers the highest quality paint for their project and if I can find a discount for them I let them know but I also understand not everyone can afford paint at 40.00 a gallon so I offer them another option becuase I like to give them choices.
