What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call to understand the needs of customer, wherether its a repair, maintenance, tune up, or a free estimate for a new System installation, set a time come out and do the job.
A follow up call to see that everything works good
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have that required EPA (environmental protection agency) certificate. They are trained and experience to deal with any systems and any problem. We are up-to-date with all the new technologies that comes out, and regularly go for continuing education training and courses.

We have a flatprice pricing system. We give our customers upront pricing before proceding with the repair.
All of our pricess include Material and Labor. No suprice charges hiden fees or taxes.
