What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The call, message or email is. Then someone from our team reaches out to them within 30 minutes and sets up a time that is convenient to collaborate over the customer next customs construction project. We bring plenty of edjucational info to expand our customers vision and make their decision making process much easier.Then once we agree to a price and what our customer wants we give you a window about two to 3 weeks out of when we will be starting.Then we get all the proper permits pulled and give you the exciting call that we will be getting started on time. Then we keep you informed at the end of everyday of our progress we made and also being up any issues as the arise which rarely happens because when we give our estimates we will thoroughly check out all problems short of pulling your walls apart so there's not any surprises. Then you get the ultimate build done by us!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My whole family is in construction and I am 32 and have been doing this my whole life since ten years old.
