What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimates are free. Upon inquiry, you will be contacted by a company representaive, questioned regarding your inquiry and scheduled for a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formally trained as an electrician for six years, been in practice for ten. Foramally trained in HVAC for three years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our rates are as follows. Repairs start at eighty dollars an hour. A repairs range from repairing drywall, plumbing, electrical, to HVAC. Installations start at one hundred and twenty an hour. An installation can range from drywall, plumbing, electrical to HVAC.
How did you get started in this business?
This business got started with me working as a Property Manager/Maintenance Tech. doing side work. I quickly came to realize my value to the people i was working for on the side was greater than the value I was to the company I was working for. So I took a Leap of Faith, in persuit of my dream job, to be an independant building contractor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with home owners, condo owners, small business owners, property managers and realitors. On many occasions, we have worked with Clients with property rented to individuals in States they no longer lived, and not only managed property repairs but upgrades and remodels.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
A recent project we are on is a Condo remodel. A husband and wife team who lives out of town has a Condo they are having remodeled for their daughter who has just graduated from college. What makes this job special, is every completed aspect of the remodel process brings light to the daughters eyes. She, the daughter of the couple, is starting out on a new journey in life and we AIC are playing a major role by crafting her a place of residence, a place she will be proud to call home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advicce to anyone looking to hire a pro, ask for referrances.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers, i think, should think through their budget and priorities before talking to a pro about their needs.
