What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I like to introduce my self very politely and always call the customer by there last name if I know it because it’s more respectful.. and then I ask what and where the job is when they need it done by. And I will give them an accurate time line for when the job will be done!

How did you get started in this business?
When I was eleven i started this guy rehabing houses. He was in realastate. He would buy and flip houses. My job was to make them look nice.

I’ve worked for just about every type of customers poor rich nice arrogant women or men old young

always pay attention to the the company doing the job make sure they don’t cut any corners 😃
